Erin Bull

Erin Bull is a dedicated behavioral health professional with over a decade of experience in behavioral health treatment. Since entering the industry in 2011, she has built a well-rounded career grounded in both clinical practice and operational leadership. Erin completed her addiction studies training through HealthStaff Training Institute, and has since worked across a wide range of roles within the treatment continuum.

Her professional background includes extensive operational experience, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining systems that support efficiency and functionality. She also brings expertise in compliance, quality assurance, and human resources, giving her a well-rounded understanding of regulatory standards and organizational development. Erin has served as a Program Director across a diverse range of settings, including Medi-Cal facilities, as well as primary mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) programs.

Erin is deeply passionate about the restoration of families and is committed to delivering individualized, client-centered care. She strongly believes in the power of hope and strives to instill it in every individual she serves, particularly those navigating the challenges of addiction and recovery.
